Now Follow my Steps..............

Step 1. First you have to type Admin in the Search Box and then click on the Administrative Tools option. 

Step 2. Then you will have to click on Computer Management Option in the next screen.

Step 3. Click on Computer Management and click on Services and Applications.

Step 4. Click on Services and Applications You will have to click on Services.

Step 5. Now in the next screen you have to scroll down and click on the Windows Update Option.

Step 6. Now you will open a Dialog Box in which you have to first click on Stop Button.

Step 7. Now click on the drop down menu in front of the Startup Type and select any one of your options.

Here you can disable the Automatic Disabled option by choosing Disabled Option.

Step 8. After selecting the Disabled option, click on Apply Button and then click OK Button.

2. How to Disable / Turn off Windows Automatic Updates on Windows 10 -

Step 1. First of all you will need to type gpedit.msc in Run Command Prompt and click on OK button.

Press Windows + R Keys together to open the Run Command Prompt.

Step 2. Then you will have to click on the Administrative Templates option.

Step 3. Clicking on the Administrative Templates, you will have to click on Windows Components.

Step 4. Now scroll down the list and click on the Windows Update Option.

Step 5. Click on Configure Automatic Update after clicking on the Windows Update Option.

Step 6. Disable the Disabled Option of Disabling Automatic Windows Update, click on Apply and OK Button '
